Can’t Attend but Want to Help?

If you’re unable to attend, you can still be part of the permaculture movement sweeping across the continent!

PINA and PPP need to fuel our programs!

PINA and PPP work in all these areas. Pick one or several!

  1. Education: Youth • Certification • Advanced • Continuing
  2. Design Innovation and Demonstration
  3. Managing Natural Risk (climate, drought, wildfire, flood
  4. Regenerative Agriculture and Carbon-Smart Farming
  5. Ecological Restoration
  6. Community Food Systems
  7. Energy and Infrastructure Reform
  8. Chop Wood, Carry Water (General Support is always welcome.)

Within these categories, we will direct your gift to the projects of greatest need.

Or Support a Specific Program

$500 – 1,000 will sponsor a Wisdom Story interview with a leading permaculture expert, or a PINA Masterclass, a how-to video of a permaculture technique or project. Be recognized as the sponsor, and get free access to the interview or class.

$1,000 – 5,000 provides a scholarship to one or more diploma candidates or to a working Diplomate for advanced certification in a permaculture specialization. You’ll receive a personal thank you from the recipient and an example of their work. For $2,500 or more, enroll a student of your choice in a Colorado-based Permaculture Design Course with PPP or online through PINA’s connection with Oregon State University.

The 2023 winner, Kelly Bull, built out a suburban homestead in Colorado Springs, and it drew the attention of the Mayor and Governor Polis. Be acknowledged at the building site and in the project’s and PINA’s media posts online, and get a half-day consultation from the winner for your own project (remote work if out of area).

$6,500 – 12,000 will create or expand a much-needed p/t staff position with a PINA Hub or with PPP to grow our continental network. Be recognized as a patron by the organization in its public-facing statements, and get a one-day consultation for your site from a regional diplomate.

Permaculture ethics are Care for the Earth, Care for People, and Fair Share the Surplus. Honoring the latter, all unrestricted gifts from Roots of Renewal will be divided equally between Permaculture Institute of North America and Pikes Peak Permaculture
