PINA is a nonprofit trade and professional association organized under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Site exists to provide information, education, professional resources, events, and services aligned with PINA’s mission.

Unless otherwise stated:
•Fees are non-transferable
•Fees are payable in U.S. dollars
•Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
PINA does not store full payment card details.
6. Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Events Hosted by PINA
•Refund eligibility and deadlines will be stated at the time of registration
•Administrative fees may be non-refundable
•No-shows are not eligible for refunds
Event Changes
PINA reserves the right to modify event dates, speakers, formats, or locations. If an event is canceled by PINA, registrants will be offered a refund or credit, at PINA’s discretion.
Membership Dues
Membership dues are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may include links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. PINA does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PINA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
