We aim to provide a welcoming multi-fam environment that models vastly reduced and shared carbon footprint, onsite livelihood via perennial farming (north edge mushroom), modelling passive solar heat and cooling via food forest design with integrated multi-use human places and social edges. Many water harvesting and catchment strategies are also modeled.
