Our 3rd Annual PDC offers PINA-recognized curriculum by diplomates Peter Bane and Keith Johnson—veterans of over 100 courses, and features guest and regional instructors from the Great Lakes. Renewable energy, multi-functional hedgerows, rotational pasturing, energy-efficient buildings, regenerative forestry, composting toilets, year-round greenhouse yields, aquatic systems, and high quality food production and storage make Blue Sky Farm a standout demonstration.
