This talk, based on designing and installing dozens of homesteads, farms, ecovillages, etc in the tropics, will equip you with the tools and knowledge to cultivate a successful venture aligned with your values and the planet’s health.

Dive into the following key areas:

  • Laying the Foundation:
  • Holistic Context: Understanding where you work, your community’s needs, and most importantly the quality of life your team desires.
  • Finding Your Niche: Define your unique offerings, we will explore what our team has found that works and what doesn’t work based on our skill sets.
  • Nurturing Growth:
  • Using Dynamic Stability as a Model: Walk with us as we see how our business has changed every year. See what has worked, where we have struggled and our vision for the next five years.
  • Planting the Seeds of Community: We discuss how our network has grown, how it has supported our professional aspirations and how our team strives to give back through accessible education, creating a community of practice, etc.
  • Harvesting Abundance:
  • We gather key takeaways from our first five years; how we communicate with clients, how we set expectations, how we decide our pricing, how we have approached hiring, and much more. Here you will find the practical examples that we hope you can apply directly to your professional aspirations.
