THE PROBLEM IS NOT YOUR PASSION
You finished your PDC. Now what?
You learned how to read landscapes, work with natural patterns, and imagine a regenerative future. But knowing permaculture and building a career in permaculture are two very different things.
Without a clear next step, many talented graduates stay stuck—collecting more information while waiting to feel “ready.”
- You are unsure which career path fits your strengths.
- You need experience, but do not know how to get hired without it.
- You want mentorship and honest feedback on your work.
- You need a portfolio, professional relationships, and momentum.
THE MISSING BRIDGE
A career is not built through more information. It is built through guided action.
The Career Accelerator gives you the structure, coaching, accountability, and network to move from “I care about permaculture” to “I know what I am building next.”
STEP 1
Find Your Direction
Clarify the role, niche, or livelihood path that best matches your skills, values, and real-life circumstances.
STEP 2
Build Real Proof
Create a focused career ecosystem that builds experience, confidence, and something tangible to show future clients or employers.
STEP 3
Enter The Network
Develop relationships with mentors, peers, and working professionals who can help open doors long after the cohort ends.

QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
When does the program begin?
The founding cohort begins September 21, 2026.
Do I need to have completed a PDC?
Yes. This program is designed for PDC graduates to take the next step towards right
livelihood. If you are ready for a career in permaculture, regenerative work, and
transformational positive impact, this is for you.
How much time should I plan each week?
Recommend a clear expectation, such as one live session plus two to four hours of project work each week.
What if I cannot attend every live session?
Of course you will get the most from attending each session live, we do know that life does get in the way. There will be recordings of each session so that if you are unavailable to make it, you can still get caught up.
Will this guarantee me a permaculture job?
No ethical program can guarantee employment. The Accelerator helps participants build experience, clarity, relationships, and professional readiness so they are better positioned to create or pursue opportunities.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Participants may pay $697 in full or choose three monthly payments of $249.
How often is the Career Accelerator offered?
The Permaculture Career Accelerator is offered in cohorts, with new cohorts planned at least annually. Our Fall 2026 cohort begins September 21, with another cohort anticipated for Spring 2027.
What if I can’t join the Fall 2026 cohort?
No problem. If the timing isn’t right, you can join our Spring 2027 interest list and we’ll let you know when enrollment opens.
YOUR NEXT STEP
The permaculture movement needs more people who can turn knowledge into useful work.
You do not have to know every step before you begin. You need a direction, a real project, and people who will help you keep moving.
Enrollment closes when all 25 places are filled.
