We are a fast-paced, woman-owned landscape design company with offices in Santa Monica and Malibu. For over 20 years, we have specialized in Permaculture Design with a portfolio based on regenerative, whole-system solutions and artistic vision. We are renowned for our drought-tolerant landscapes, artscaping, edible gardens, hillside restoration, natural building, nature gardens and organic garden care and maintenance.


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to join our team. As a PM Assistant, you will provide support to the project management team in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in project management and contribute to the success of our organization.


– Scheduling: Handle vendor scheduling and follow-up, including reservations for dumpsters and portable toilets; New client leads & consultations; Owner’s site-visit schedule

– Research cost items in the marketplace and enter pricing on preset cost items; Update templates and cost sheets

– Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation

– Conduct research and gather information to support project planning and decision-making

– Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking

– Assist in the preparation of project documentation, such as status reports, presentations, and meeting materials

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle

– Support the identification and management of project risks and issues

– Assist in tracking project progress against established goals and objectives; Maintain project workbooks & site photos

– Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed


– Previous experience in a project support role or similar position is preferred

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); PC or MAC

– Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus

– Experience with requirements management, business process modeling, technical writing, conflict management, process mapping, ServiceNow, contract management, product management, requirements analysis, or other relevant skills is desirable

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
