Go Farm Site Assistant

Location: Pūlehunui, Maui

Type: Part-Time (50% FTE, 20hrs/week)

We’re seeking a hard-working individual with experience in farming or landscaping who excels both independently and as part of a team. Help support the GoFarm Hawaiʻi training program and cultivate Hawaiʻi’s future farmers!

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain the farm site — field prep, irrigation, equipment maintenance & repairs

• Assist the GoFarm Coach with student activities — fieldwork (seeding, weeding, growing, harvesting, packaging)

• Support program logistics — help keep the farm running smoothly

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience in agriculture, landscaping, or equipment maintenance

• Strong knowledge of small-scale farming, irrigation systems, and farm safety

• Hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors for up to 8 hours a day
